Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of studiozerohq.com and Studio Zero services provided by TSV Studios LLC (“Studio Zero”). Paid services are also governed by the written agreement we sign with you, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Studio Zero provides managed AI operations services. We perform only the operations you authorize, and irreversible actions require your approval as described in your agreement.

You confirm you have the right to grant access to the accounts and data you connect, you keep your credentials secure, and you use the services lawfully.

You retain ownership of your content and business data. Our handling of personal and Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties not stated in your agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Studio Zero is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Either party may end the services as provided in the applicable agreement. You may stop using the website at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
